Van Leuven Darts: A Legacy of Excellence and Innovation in the World of Darts

 Noa-Lynn van Leuven is a Dutch darts player who competes in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) Women's Series. She is the first transgender woman to compete in a PDC event.

Van Leuven was born in 1997 and began playing darts at the age of 12. She came out as transgender in 2019 and began hormone therapy in 2020.

Van Leuven made her PDC debut in 2021 at the Dutch Open. She reached the quarter-finals of the event, before losing to Aileen de Graaf.

In 2022, Van Leuven qualified for the Women's World Matchplay. She lost her first-round match to Lisa Ashton, but her participation in the event was seen as a significant step forward for transgender athletes in darts.


Van Leuven is currently ranked number 6 in the PDC Women's Series Order of Merit. She is a talented player with a bright future ahead of her.
